摘要
目的探讨风险管理理论在医疗不良事件管理中的运用。方法从风险管理的程序、管理方式、风险评级、风险管理方法等方面着手并采取一系列的措施，及时制定应对医疗不良事件的相关管理策略及应采取的有效措施。结果广东省某妇幼保健院2007年开始，运用风险管理理论对医疗不良事件进行管理，使医院管理部门对医疗不良事件有了全面清晰的了解，并迅速采取应对措施，减少了损失，效果显著。结论把风险管理理论运用于医疗不良事件的管理，可将医疗不良事件带来的损失减少到最低限度，实现医疗服务质量的提高。
Objective To investigate the application of risk management theory in the management of medical adverse events. Method To develop predictive management strategies and effective coping strategies in the management of medical adverse events, by taking a series of effective measures in management procedure, management practice, venture rating and management methods. Result Start from 2007, one Maternal and Children Health Hospital in Guangzhou Province has applied risk management theory to manage medical adverse events. Distinct improvement has been achieved in the management department, since more comprehensive and detailed information about the events becomes available, by adopting prompt problem solving management system, the losses caused by medical adverse events has been reduced significantly. Conclusion To apply risk management theory in the management of medical adverse events can minimizes losses caused by medical adverse events at lowest possible cost, it is effective in improving the quality of medical service.
