摘要
采用氨法破壁提取RNA ,当酵母质量分数为 10 % ,氨为 1 0 %时 ,采用分步沉淀法 ,调蛋白质的等电点后 ,再加入复合蛋白质沉淀剂去除蛋白质 ,可获得纯度在 83%的优质酵母RNA ,核酸的提取率是干酵母的2 %以上。
