摘要
目的探讨胸腔内留置中心静脉导管治疗结核性胸腔积液的疗效及护理方法。方法将60例结核性胸腔积液患者随机均分为治疗组和对照组,比较2组在症状改善情况、胸腔积液消失时间、抽液次数、护理工作及并发症的发生率等方面的差异。结果 2组各项观察指标比较均差异显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中心静脉导管留置胸腔治疗胸腔积液效果确切,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect and nursing of indwelling central venous catheter in the chest in the treatment of tuberculous pleural effusion.Methods 60 patients with tuberculous pleural effusion were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.Improvement of symptoms,extinction time of pleural effusion,extraction times,nursing and incidence rate of complication were compared between two groups.Results There were significant differences of every index between two groups（P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion Indwelling central venous catheter in the chest for the treatment of pleural effusion is effective,and it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
