摘要
目的探讨救治乌头碱类植物急性中毒致心律失常患者的方法与护理要点。方法对13例乌头碱类植物急性中毒致心律失常患者在接受内科常规抢救治疗基础上联用血液灌流治疗与护理进行回顾性分析。结果 13例乌头碱类植物急性中毒致心律失常患者12例治愈出院,1例反复室颤发作,救治无效死亡。结论加强健康宣教和正确掌握乌头碱类植物的毒性机理,积极配合医生尽早采取催吐洗胃,熟练掌握阿托品、利多卡因、胺碘酮、硫酸镁等药物在救治中的正确使用,必要时经静脉紧急临时起搏、及时应用血液灌流等综合性治疗是提高抢救成功率的关键。
Objective To investigate the treatment of Aconitum plants caused by acute poisoning patients with arrhythmia and nursing points. Methods 13 cases Aconitum plants caused by acute poisoning patients with atrhythmia in an Department of internal medicine based on conventional salvage therapy with hemoperfusion in the treat- ment and nursing were retrospectively analyzed. Results 13 cases Aconitum plants caused by acute poisoning pa- tients with arrhythmia in 12 cases were cured, 1 cases of repeated episodes of ventricular fibrillation, rescue invalid death. Conclusion to strengthen the health education and correctly grasp the aconitine type plant toxicity mecha- nism, actively cooperate with the doctor as soon as possible to take the emetic gastric lavage, master, amiodarone, at- ropine and lidocaine, magnesium sulfate and other drugs in the treatment of the correct use of intravenous, necessary emergency temporary pacing, timely application of hemoperfusion and other comprehensive treatment is to improve successful salvage.
