摘要
文章总结了辽宁省农业科技"十一五"期间取得的成绩和存在的问题,并在分析国内外农业科技发展经验的基础上,从建立健全辽宁省农业科技创新体系、完善农业创新管理机制、建立以政府为主体持续稳定增加农业科研投入的长效机制、打造高水平的农业科研团队、改革和完善农业科技推广服务体系、推进新兴学科建设等方面提出了加快辽宁省农业科技发展的建议。
The achievements during the 11th Five-year period and the current problems of Agricultural Science and Technology in Liaoning Province were summarized in the paper.Based on the analysis of successful experiences of agricultural development at home and abroad,suggestions to speed up the development of Liaoning agricultural science and technology were proposed,i.e.,establish a perfect innovation system of agricultural science and technology,improve the management mechanism of agricultural innovation,establish a steady long-term mechanism to increase investment on agricultural research,create a high-level research team,reform and improve the service system of agricultural science and technology,and promote the construction of new disciplines.
