癌症患者神经性疼痛的评估和启示 被引量：4

摘要 对于晚期癌症患者来说，疼痛是一个非常严重的问题，特别是神经性疼痛，一般很难治疗，而且疼痛难于忍受。据研究，大约有40％的癌性疼痛是神经性的。有调查发现在严重的疼痛中，大约有79％的神经性疼痛是由于神经压迫，16％由于神经受损，5％由于交感神经兴奋。这些患者经常要使用逐渐增量的鸦片类或其他止痛方式才能缓解。
