摘要
在以人为本思想的指导下,人文关怀是思想政治工作的思想武器、工作内容、工作方法、有效途径和现实目的。在思政工作中运用人文关怀方法,可以提升思政工作的亲和力、感召力和凝聚力,提高成效。
Under the guidance of people--oriented thoughts, humanistic concern is not only the weapon of ideological--political work, hut also its working content, working method, effective way and practical purpose. By utilizing the method of humanistic concern, the affinity, charisma and cohesion of ideological work can be enhanced, and better results can be achieved.
