摘要
列举了作业条件危险性评价(LEC)法对变电站设备巡视管理的风险评价,从交接班和值班、消防、防汛、防小动物、安全工器具和设备巡视管理方面,提出变电站运行维护风险的控制措施,以防范事故的发生,确保变电站的安全运行。
The hazard assessmenls of equipment pa- trolling management at the transformer substation are listed via operation condition hazard assessment. From shifting of duly, on-duty, fire control, flood pre- vention, prevention of small animals, safety tool and instruction and equipment patrolling management, the measures for controlling risks in aperation and maintenance of transformer substalion are proposed to prevenl fiom the oc, currence of accidents to ensure the safe operation transformer substation.
