摘要
目的采用高效液相色谱法对顺气化痰颗粒中马来酸氯苯那敏含量进行测定。方法 Kromasil C18(4.6mm×150 mm,5μm)为色谱柱,0.5%三乙胺(用磷酸调节pH 2.1)-乙腈(90∶10)为流动相;流速:1.0 mL.min-1;检测波长:263 nm,柱温30℃。结果马来酸氯苯那敏的浓度在10.58～52.90 mg.L-1之间线性关系良好,回归方程为Y=23.448X-4.68(r=0.999 9),平均回收率99.6%,RSD=0.9%(n=9)。结论该方法简单、可靠、专属性强,可用于顺气化痰颗粒的质量控制。
Objective To establish a mothod for the determination of chlorpheniramine maleate in Shunqihuatan Gran ules by HPLC. Methods The HPLC system consisted of Kromasil CIS column （4.6 mm 150 ram,5 μm） ,0.5% triethylamine（ adjust pH 2.1 with phosphoric acid） -aeetonitrile（90：10）as the mobile phase,the flow rate was 1. 0 mL .min^-1, the detection wavelength was 263 nm and column temperature at 30 ℃. Results Chlorpheniramine maleate showed a good linear relationship in the range of 10.58 - 52.90 mg . L^- l and the regression equation was Y = 23. 448× - 4. 68 （ r = 0. 999 9）. The average recovery was 99.6% ,RSD =0. 9% （ n =9）. Conclusion The method was simple,reliable,specific,and can be used for the quality control of Shunqihuatan Granules.
