摘要
本文从工程监理与项目管理一体化所面临的管理问题入手,论述了实行工程监理与项目管理一体化的服务模式。实现工程监理与项目管理一体化既能满足政府对建设项目监理的强制性要求,又可以保证业主对项目管理服务的需求,并且能简化管理程序,减少协调环节,使责任更加明晰,有利于业主对项目实施全面监控。本文着重对工程监理与项目管理一体化模式进行了研究。
The paper began from the problems of integration of engineering supervision and project management, dis cussed the integrated service mode of engineering supervision and project management, which can not only meet the manda-tory requirements of government supervision of construction projects, but also can ensure that the owners of the project management services. Meanwhile, it can simplify administrative procedures to reduce the coordination aspects, clarify the responsibilities and be very conducive to the implementation of the comprehensive monitoring of the owners of the project. The paper focused on the integration mode design of engineering supervision and project management.
