摘要
目的:探讨补阳还五汤对大鼠海马神经元的保护作用。方法:用β淀粉样蛋白(Aβ)损伤大鼠海马CA1区神经元,观察补阳还五汤作用下大鼠的学习记忆能力及海马的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、脂褐素(LIP)含量变化。结果:(1)大鼠的学习记忆能力有所改变,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。(2)SOD活性和LIP含量有所变化,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:补阳还五汤对受损的海马神经元有一定的保护作用。
Objective:To explore the protective eftets of Buyang humlwutang to rato hippocampa[ neurons. Methods:To observe rats' ability in learning and memory, to detect the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and changes of fat brown (LIP) in rats hippocampus CA1 neurons injured by amyloid beta (Aβ) and protected by buyanghuanwutang. Results: (1) learning and memory ability of rats are changed. These changes have significant difference ( p 〈 0. 05 ). ( 2 ). The activity of SOD and the content of LIP are changed. These changes have significant difference too. (P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion:Buyanghuanwutang has certain protective effect on damaged hippocampa neurons.
