摘要
根据铝合金底座压铸件结构特点,开发了斜导柱侧抽芯-双分型面压铸模。模具选择斜导柱与滑块同在定模的侧抽芯机构,利用拉杆定距分型,使斜导柱与滑块不分离。浇注系统选用4个侧浇口同时进料,浇口套内设3个螺旋槽,开模时利用压射冲头推力,浇口套余料顺着螺旋槽方向旋转使凝料与直浇道扭断,自动脱料,简化了模具结构。
Considering the structural features, through analyzing the forming process and combining with the die casting machine from the enterprise and technological parameters, the angle-pin & two-parting face die casting die was designed. The angle-pin and slide was designed both in the fixed half of the mould. And limit-bolt was used to control the distance. In feed system, four edge gates were designed for feeding in the same time, and through designing three spiral scroll in sprue bush, the excess stock was breakdown when the mould was opened, greatly simplifying the mould structure.
