自动化立体仓库轻型堆垛机实验综合平台研制 被引量:5

摘要 根据机电一体化及物流专业的主要特点,针对自动化立体仓库堆垛机的实验需求,通过堆垛机实验平台的性能设计和分析,研究探讨了平台方案总体目标的确定,货架、堆垛机机构、控制系统软硬件及安全保护装置设计等问题,进行了轻型堆垛机实验综合平台结构及其控制方法设计,并使用ProE建模,对实验综合平台货叉进行仿真。该实验平台结构简洁、美观、合理,具有创新性,广泛适用于大中专院校机电及物流专业实验和创新实践。 Based on the main professional characteristics of mechatronics and Logistics and the demands of automated warehouse stackers experiment, after the design and analysis of the stackers experimental platform performance, the platform overall objective determining, shelves, stacking mechanism, control system hardware and software and safety protection devices are studied. Then light-duty stacker experimental platform structure and its control method are designed with using ProE modeling to simulate the fork os experimental integrated platform. The experimental platform is simple, beautiful, reasonable and innovative and can be widely used in colleges electromechanical and logistics professionals experimental and innovative practice.
