摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法同时测定肉蔻四神丸中吗啡、可待因与罂粟碱含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为AgilentXDB-C18(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以乙腈与0.1%磷酸溶液梯度洗脱为流动相,检测波长为210 nm(吗啡、磷酸可待因)与251 nm(盐酸罂粟碱),流速为1.0 ml.min-1。结果:吗啡、磷酸可待因、盐酸罂粟碱分别在0.022~2.198μg、0.009~2.176μg、0.001~0.095μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,回收率分别为98.17%、98.64%、97.98%。结论:该方法准确可靠,重复性好,可作为肉蔻四神丸质量控制依据。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of morphine, codeine and papaverine in Roukou Sishen pills by HPLC. Method: An Agilent XDB-C18 ( 150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm, 5 μm) column was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile and 0.1% phosphoric acid with gradient elution at a flow rate of 1.0 ml.min^-1. The detection wavelengths were set at 210 nm for morphine and codeine phosphate, and 251 nm for papaverine hydrochloride. Result: The linear range was 0.022-2. 198μg, 0.009-2. 176 μg and 0.001-0. 095 μg for morphine, codeine and papaverine with the average recovery of 98.17% , 98.64% and 97.98% , respectively. Conclusion: The method is accurate and reproducible, and suitable for the quality control of Roukou Sishen pills.
