摘要
本文论述了实现 Ｉｎｔｅｒｎｅｔ网络教学的基本思想及主要相关技术，并就 Ｉｎｔｅｒｎｅｔ网络教学的主要形式、Ｉｎｔｅｒｎｅｔ网络教学系统的基本功能及特点、开发基于Ｉｎｔｅｒｎｅｔ的教学信息资源时应特别注意的问题进行了分析和研究。
The paper focuses on the idea of internet-based learning and its main technology. It describes the basic approaches, functions and characteristics of internet-based learning. It also analyses the issues to be considered during designing arid developing teaching and learning materials for internet delivery.
