摘要
目的探讨平削法对脂溢性角化病的临床治疗效果。方法随机选取来本院进行诊治的脂溢性角化病患者40例,并将其平均分为治疗组和对照组各20例,治疗组采用平削法进行治疗,对照组采用液氮冷冻法进行治疗,观察两组治疗效果。结果治疗组痊愈12例,显效4例,有效2例,无效2例,总有效率为90%;对照组痊愈8例,显效3例,有效1例,无效8例,总有效率为60%,两组治疗效果差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者均发生有不同程度的水疱、血疱、色素加深、减退、激发感染等不良反应。结论对脂溢性角化病患者行平削法进行治疗,治疗效果明显,对组织损伤较小,且操作简单,治愈率高,值得临床广泛应用。
Objective To probe into the clinical effects of flat-cutting method on seborrheic keratosis. Methods 40 cases Of seborrheic keratosis treated by our hospital were selected and divided into treatment group and control group （n = 20）. Flat-cutting method was administrated to treatment group. And, liquid nitrogen freezing method was adminis- trated to control group. The treatment effects on two groups were observed. Results It was found from the comparison that, in treatment group, 12 cases were recovery; 4 cases were excellent; 2 cases were effective; 2 cases were noneffec- tive. The total effective rate was 90%. In control group, 8 cases were recovery; 3 cases were excellent; I case was ef- fective; 8 cases were noneffective. The total effective rate of control group was 60%. The difference in the treatment effect between two groups was significant （P 〈 0.05）. Patients in two groups had water blister, blood blister, coloring matter deepened and letdown, infection excitation and other untoward effects. Conclusion With obvious treatment ef- fects, small tissue injury, simple operation and high cure rate, flat-cutting method for seborrheic keratosis is worthy of clinical promotion.
