摘要
目的:测定2260米地区健康人群TCD正常参考值。方法:采用TCD测定461例不同年龄性别世居或移居2260~3800米地区5年以上健康人颅底动脉血流速度。结果:各动脉血流速度以MCA为最高,顺序MCA>ACA>BA>VA>PCA。各动脉血流速度随年龄递减(P<0.01),其差率与国内外报告基本相同。脑血流速度MCA的Vd,BA、VA的各期血流速度女性高于男性;PI偏低,PI、RI60岁前男高于女(P<0.01~0.05),≥60岁无差异,与国内有的报告不一致。各动脉V_s、V_m低于国内外正常参考值。结论:2260米地区健康人脑血流速度与平原有一定差异。低氧环境对脑血流速的影响因素需进一步探讨。
Objective: To measure the normal value of TCD of the healthy crowd in highland. Methods: Using TCD to measure velocity of the blood flow of the basilar artery in 461 cases of healthy crowd with different sexes and ages, who are natives or haveinhabited for over 5 years in the above 2260 meters area. Results: The velocity of bloodflow in all the artery was measured. The value was form high to low: MCA>ACA>BA >VA,among which MCA is the highest. The velocity of cerebral bipod flow was decreased with the increase of the age (P<0. 01) , which is almost the same as that reported at home and abroad. Meanwhile, Vd in the Cerebral blood flow of MCA, velocity of BA and VA in different periods are higher in femalethan those in male. But, PI and RI of male before the age of 60 are higher than in female (P<0. 01-0. 05) , which are not identical with those reported at home and abroad. Cs and Vm are lower than the normal reference value at home and abroad. Conclusion: The certain difference was existent between velocity of cerebral blood flow in the plateau and that in the plains and it needs further study in influence of plateau factors on velocity of cerebral blood flow.
