摘要
早期生长反应因子-1(Egr-1)具有调节细胞生长和分化的作用,通过调控细胞周期中一系列与细胞生长增殖分化有关的基因表达而参与细胞生长调控过程,进而促进细胞增生和组织修复。Egr-1受多种上游分子的调控并结合到下游分子启动子区域的特定序列,当受到多种刺激因子作用后可快速诱导和表达并通过其下游分子发挥不同的功能。本文就Egr-1对动物生长、生殖和机体免疫的影响进行了综述。
Early growth response-1 ( Egr-1 ) can participate in the regulation of cellular growth and differentiation, as well as cell growth control process by regulating a series of genes which are associated with cellular growth, proliferation and differentiation in cell cycle, and it also promote cell proliferation and tissue repair. Egr-1 can be influenced by a diversity of upstream molecules and combine to the specific sequences of the promoter region in downstream molecules. Egr-1 gene expression is induced instantly when suffered extensive stimulus, which can lead to different functions. The impacts of Egr-1 on animal growth, reproduction and immunity were reviewed in this article.
