扩张型心肌病的病因分析 被引量：2

摘要 扩张型心肌病（DCM）是一种伴有左心室扩张和左心室收缩功能障碍的病因不明确的心脏衰竭疾病，其病因有很多种，包括病毒感染，免疫失调，代谢性中毒，遗传和心动过速等因素，可通过x线、心电图、超声心动图等检查进行诊断。临床表现为心脏扩大、心室收缩功能减低、充血性心力衰竭，心律失常等，甚至可发生栓塞和猝死等并发症，患者预后较差。因此，加强DCM的病因研究对其诊断和治疗具有重要意义。
