摘要
根据麦垛山煤矿副立井马头门围岩地质条件及巷道开挖支护后的围岩变形破坏情况,对其围岩力学性质特征进行了分析研究,揭露了巷道支护中存在的问题。根据马头门巷道底板的变形特征,分析认为造成底鼓的主要原因为底板岩层遇水强度弱化,并在受两帮挤压作用下,底板岩层弯曲变形,进而导致底鼓。基于巷道底鼓机理及原因,综合采取施工反底拱,打底板锚杆和底角锚索以及底板围岩注浆加固的防治技术措施对底板变形破坏进行控制;现场试验表明,该措施条件下底板变形得到了有效控制。
According to the geological conditions of horsehead surrounding rock of maiduoshan coal mine and the roadway deformation law after excavated, the mechanical characteristic of surrounding rock is studied, with some supporting problems exposed. In the light of the damaged feature of horsehead floor,it is considered that the floor heave is caused by floor strata curve, squeezed by the both sides of roadway, especially when it encounters with water. Based on the mechanism of and reasons for floor heave, some reinforcement measures including inverted-arch, floor bolt and bottom angle anchor, and floor grouting of surrounding rocks are taken to control the floor deformation. The on-site tests indicates that the floor de- formation is effectively controlled through the measures above.
