赤铁矿与高岭石的浮选行为研究 被引量:2

Research on the Floatation Performances of Hematite and Kaolinite

摘要 以赤铁矿和高岭土为对象,分别在脂肪酸类、羟肟酸类、胺类捕收剂浮选体系中考察赤铁矿和高岭石的浮选行为。研究了捕收剂种类及用量、pH值对赤铁矿、高岭石分离的影响。结果表明:在矿浆pH值为9、捕收剂LF-4用量为1.4kg/t,柴油用量为0.12kg/t时,赤铁矿的浮选回收率为85.48%,高岭石的浮选回收率为2.25%,其浮选回收率之差达到83.23%,捕收剂LF-4对赤铁矿和高岭石的选择性最好。 The floatation performances of hematite and kaolin- ite in floatation system with fatty acid, hydroximic acid and amine collectors were studied. The effects of kind and dosage of collectors and pH value on were studied also. The results showed that when pulp's pH is nine, the dosage of collector LF--4 was 1.4 kg/t,and the dosage of diesel oil as collector was 0.12 kg/t, the recovery rate of hematite was 85. 48%, the recovery rate of kaolinite was 2. 250%, the difference of recovery rate was 83.23M. Collector LF--4 has good selec- tivity for hematite and kaolinite.
