摘要
国有林场改革是我国林业一项重大改革。从国有林场的生态定位、建设发展实践、自身特性和世界林业发达国家的通行做法等多角度，阐述了国有林场应当界定为生态公益型事业单位的理由和依据。
State-owned Forest Farms＇ Reform is a major reform of China＇ s forestry. From the angle of the State-owned Forest Farms＇ ecologyfunction,the construction and development of practice,Its characteristics and the practice of world forestry developed countries,expounds the reasons and basis of State-owned.
