摘要
以光伏柔性并网为研究对象,目的是通过光伏方阵整个白天的波动功率曲线找到满足并网标准的储能系统定额,采用实际气象数据驱动的光伏方阵输出功率仿真结合低通滤波算法的研究方法,在满足并网标准的1 min最大变化量和10 min最大变化量的前提下得到储能系统定额,针对选定的功率曲线探讨了低通滤波器时间常数与储能系统定额的关系。结论:在光伏电站中引入储能系统,可实现光伏柔性并网;时间常数越大,波动平抑效果越好,与此同时对储能系统容量和功率的需求更高;柔性并网所需储能系统定额主要取决于多云天气下的辐照波动强度。
The fluctuating power curve of PV(PhotoVohaic) array during day is investigated and the capacity of energy storage system is set for the flexible grid-connection of PV power generation system. The real meteorological data of a PV power station are applied and,combined with the low-pass filter algorithm,the capacity of its energy storage system meeting the requirements of PV grid-connection standard for the maximum power variation rate of both 1 min and 10 min is obtained. The relationship between filter time constant and energy storage capacity is discussed for the selected power curves. The conclusion is that,the flexible grid-connection of PV power system can be realized by the integration of energy storage system;the greater the filter time constant is ,the better the effect of fluctuation smoothing is and the higher the power and capacity needs of energy storage system are;the energy storage capacity is mainly determined by the irradiance fluctuation in cloudy day.
