摘要
航道通过能力计算是内河航运规划中重要的基础性工作。而影响航道通过能力的因素很多，特别是许多经验性因素严重的影响了它的客观性。文章在分析现行的计算方法的基础上，提出了统一计算方法和综合公式，并从交通流理论出发，研究内河航道通过能力的计算理论与方法。
Waterway transit capacity calculation is an important elementary work in inland river navigation planning. There're many factors influencing waterway transit capacity, esp. many experiential factors seriously influencing its objectiveness. Based on the analysis of present calculation method, it advances an unified calculation method and comprehensive formulae. Starting from the theory of traffic flow, it studied the calculation theory and method for transit capacity of inland waterway.
