摘要
分析认为基于区域外部的低碳动力协同创新机制主要来自国际趋势及国际呼声、社会舆论及低碳文化、低碳技术共享机制和低碳政策激励机制4个方面;内部的低碳动力协同创新机制主要是区域自身经济利益驱动及低碳竞争机制,它们为实现跨区域低碳经济的协同创新发展提供了动力源。
According to analyst ,the low--carbon dynamic synergistic mechanism which based on the outside of the region comes from international trends and international voice , public opinion and low--carbon culture, low-- carbon technology sharing mechanism and low--carbon policies. The low--carbon dynamic synergistic mechanism within the region consists of region＇s own economic interests drive and low carbon competitive mechanism. It pro- vides a power source to achieve cross--regional coordinated development of low--carbon economy.
