摘要
常温Nb5N6Microbolometer器件对THz(terahertz)信号有很好的响应而且噪声很低。为了实现探测器芯片的实际应用,就要求配备低噪声的读出电路。以LINEAR公司的超低噪声、精准型高速运放LT1028为主放大器,设计了包括阻抗变换、放大、低通滤波和工频陷波在内的读出电路。经过仿真分析和实际调试,实现了在220 Hz~3.6kHz的频带上对200nV至mV量级信号的放大读出,增益稳定在940左右,噪声可低至10nV/Hz1/2量级,达到了Nb5N6Microbolometer的噪声性能,为阵列芯片的应用提供了技术基础。
Room temperature Nb5 N6 Microbolometer is a detector with ultralow noise and good response to signals at terahertz band. It requires a low noise readout circuit to achieve the practical applications of such detector. In this paper, we design and realize a readout circuit including modules of impedance transformation,amplification,low-pass filtering and 50 Hz notch filtering, by using the ultralow noise and accurate high-speed amplifier LT1028 from LINEAR Technology. Through simulation and experiment, we achieve an amplification readout of the signal in the band of 220 Hz to 3.6 kHz,with the amplitude of 200 nV to mV. The gain of the circuit is stable around 940 and the noise,as low as 10 nV/Hz^1/2 ,meets the noise requirement of the detector to the readout circuit. The readout circuit in this paper provides the technical foundation for the application of the further array detectors.
