摘要
目的:观察七味药酒联合金因肽治疗糖尿病足的疗效及护理体会。方法:100例糖尿病足患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组均采用金因肽联合护理,在此基础上,治疗组加用七味药酒外敷,观察两组临床疗效和后踝肱指数、上皮化时间、愈合时间差异。结果:治疗组总有效率94%;对照组总有效率72%;两组比较,差异有明显的统计学意义(P<0.05);组间治疗后比较,治疗组后踝肱指数变化、上皮化时间、愈合时间较对照组相比明显缩短,差异有明显的统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:七味药酒联合金因肽和护理治疗糖尿病足疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To study the nursing experience and efficacy of seven taste medicinal liquor combined with RhEGF on treating diabitic foot. Methods: 100 patients with diabitic foot were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, the two groups were treated by RhEGF and nursing. On that basis, the treatment group was given seven taste medicinal liquor for external application. The efficacy and the difference of after ankle brachial index, epithelialization time, healing time of two groups were observed. Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 94%, the control group was 72%, the two groups in clinical curative effect had significant difference (P〈0.05); after treatment, the hack ankle brachial index, epithelialization time, healing time were reduced in treatment group in comparison with those in the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion: The seven ta.ste medicinal liquor combined with RhEGF and nursing had obvious effect on diabitic foot, it is worthy of clinic application.
