手法复位夹板外固定治疗桡骨远端骨折疗效分析 被引量：23

摘要 桡骨远端骨折是指距桡骨远端关节面3cm内的骨折，多发生于成年人及老年人。近20年来，随着医学科学的发展，桡骨远端骨折的治疗方法也发生了变化，从夹板外固定、石膏外固定到各种手术治疗，由此，中医手法整复夹板外固定治疗桡骨远端骨折这种古老的治疗方法也不断受到冲击。本研究通过对300例桡骨远端骨折手法复位夹板外固定患者进行随访、功能评定，论证手法复位夹板外固定治疗桡骨远端骨折的确切疗效。
