摘要
目的:探讨应用骨水泥加钢板固定治疗老年肱骨近端不稳定性骨折的护理配合方法,以提高手术配合质量。方法:总结21例肱骨近端骨折患者手术护理配合经验。结果:21例手术均配合成功,未发生与护理相关的并发症。结论:掌握骨水泥加钢板固定治疗老年肱骨近端不稳定性骨折的手术特点,做好完善的术前准备、准确的术中配合、严格的无菌管理是配合手术成功的保证。
Objective： To explore the nursing cooperation in the fixation of fractures of the proximal humerus in elderly patients with the bone cement add plate, to improve the quality of nursing cooperation. Methods： The experience of nursing cooperation of 21 surgical operations were analyzed. Results： 21 surgical operations all combined with success, without nursing - related complications. Conclusion ： Control the surgical operation characteristics of the fixa- tion of fractures of the proximal humerus in elderly patients with the bone cement add plate, work well perfect of prepare defore operation, match with in the accurate on operation and strict of have no germ management arc the assurance that matches with surgical operation success.
