摘要
山东某超贫磁铁矿TFe含量仅为16.41%,主要矿石矿物为磁铁矿,采用磁选方法,对粗选磨矿细度、粗选磁场强度、精选条件、最终条件等进行了试验。结果表明,采用磨矿细度(指-0.074mm所占比例)为80%、一段精选磁场强度为600kA/m、二段精选磁场强度为400kA/m、一次扫选磁场强度为1200kA/m的两精一扫工艺流程较为适宜,最终精矿粉TFe品位在60%左右,精矿产率为11%~12%。
The total Fe content of an ultra-low-grade magnetite in Shandong is only 16.41%, and the main ore mineral is magnetite. In this study, magnetic separation was used to test roughing grinding fineness, roughing magnetic intensity, concentration conditions and final conditions. The experiment results showed that the process flow of two concentrations and one scavenging is suitable. Under the condition of grinding fineness of 80%-0.074 mm, concentration magnetic intensity of 600 kA/m in the primary stage, concentration magnetic intensity of 400 kA/m in the secondary stage and one scavenging magnetic intensity of 1 200 kA/m, the TFe content in concentrate powder is about 60% and the concentrate yield is between 11% and 12%.
