摘要
目的:分析甘草海藻临床组合同用的临床研究文献特征。方法:系统检索使用十八反中甘草海藻组合的临床研究文献,从两者同用治疗疾病、用药剂量、配伍比例、给药剂型、给药途径以及炮制入药情况这几方面对两者临床同用文献的文献特征进行系统整理和分析。结果:临床文献记载甘草海藻组合同用主要治疗中医外科疾病,以乳癖记载最多;其次是中医内科疾病,主要治疗瘿病;再次是妇科疾病,主要治疗子宫肌瘤,其它各科记载较少。两者临床组合同用多以未经炮制加工的生品以1:2的比例配伍使用、多加工制成"汤剂""口服"使用。在提及不良事件的149篇文献中,有83%(123/149)的文献认为两者可同用,其中有27%(40/149)的文献认为两者可同用且安全有效。结论:临床确有甘草海藻组合同用的文献记载存在,且有文献报道显示两者同用确实存在一定的疗效,但由于文献之间异质性太高无法进行疗效的定量综合分析,所以本研究无法就疗效进行评价;而且由于文献提及不良事件观察的研究以及作者明确说明反药同用理论的研究均太少,甘草海藻反药同用的安全性尚不能确定。
Objective： To approach the applied condition of Licorice and seaweed using together in clinical. Methods： According to the special search conditions to search the clinical literature of Licorice and seaweed using together, then to analyze these literature from the diseases, the dosage, the compatibility proportion, the dosage forms, the administration route and the processing drug conditions. Results： In clinic, Licorice and seaweed using together mainly treated the diseases of the surgery of traditional Chinese medicine, especially the nodules of breast; second to treat the diseases of Chinese internal medicine, especially the goiter; third to treat the diseases of gynaecologic department of Traditional Chinese Medicine, especially the abdominal mass, the others hac very little record. When using together, the two herds were used in ratio of ‘1：2＇ and also be processed into decoction for oral use. In the 146 pieces literature which giving the adverse event, 83% showed the two herbs could be used together; 27% showed the two herbs could be used effectively and safely. Conclusion： In clinic, there really existed the literature recording the two herbs using together. However, because of heterogeneity, it was hard to have a quantification comprehensive research. As a result, it was impossible to evaluate clinical effects. What＇s more, the research was lack of adverse incidents report and theory about imcompatible herbs using together, so it was uncertain about safety of Licorice and seaweed using together.
