摘要
目的:探讨平衡针灸对颈肩腰腿痛的临床治疗效果。方法:我院在2007年2月～2011年12月期间共接收诊治100例颈肩腰腿痛的患者,将其随机分成实验组和对照组,对照组50例采取传统的针灸方法进行治疗,实验组50例采取平衡针灸进行治疗,对比分析两组患者的首次临床疗效、3周临床疗效及不良反应。结果:对照组首次治疗的总有效率为84%、临床治愈率为4%,3周的治疗总有效率为88%、临床治愈率为68%;实验组首次治疗的总有效率为96%、临床治愈率为10%,3周的治疗总有效率为98%、临床治愈率为84%,实验组治疗效果明显优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者均未出现明显的不良反应。结论:平衡针灸能够明显的提高对颈肩腰腿的临床治疗效果,是比较安全有效的治疗方法,应在临床中推广应用。
Objective： To investigate the effect on treating neck shoulder lumbocrural pain by balance acupuncture. Methods： There were 100 patients during February 2007 to December 2011, they were divided into the experimental group and the control group, the control group （50 cases） was treated by traditional acupuncture, the experimental group （50 cases） was treated by balance acupuncture, the first clinical curative effects, 3 weeks clinical curative effects and adverse reaction were compared and analyzed. Results： The treatment effect in the experimental group was obviously superior than in the control group, the differences were significant （P〈0.05）. There were no obvious adverse reactions between the two groups. Conclusion： Balance acupuncture can obviously improve the clinical therapeutic effect in neck shoulder lumbocrural pain, it is a safe and effective treatment method, it should be explicated in the clinical.
