摘要
学缘结构是高校教师队伍基本结构的重要组成部分,学缘结构的优化,不仅对于教师队伍整体素质和实力的提高具有重要影响,而且也密切关系着高校学术生产力的提升。学缘结构在教师(科研人员)专业性、学术组织结构和学术团队等方面影响着大学学术生产力。在学缘结构视角下,学术生产力的提升需要建设优秀的学术队伍,充分发挥学术队伍群体力量,扩充教师来源,加强交流与合作,进行跨学科和交叉研究,促进学术交流与合作。
Knowledge structure is an important part of the basic structure of teachers in Colleges and universities, optimizing the educational background, not only has important impact on the overall quality of teachers and improve the ability, but also have close relationship with the academic productivity promotion. Education- related structure in teachers affects the university academic productivity, organization structure and teams. In the perspective of knowledge structure, the academic productivity requires the construction of excellent academic team, give full play to the academic team group power, expand the source of teachers, strengthen exchanges and cooperation, cross-disciplinary and interdisciplinary research, promote academic exchange and cooperation.
