摘要
目的探讨免疫调节剂匹多莫德口服液治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染的临床疗效和免疫价值。方法将本院儿科收治的86例反复呼吸道感染患儿随机分为观察组和对照组各43例,对照组给予青霉素及利巴韦林注射液常规治疗,观察组在对照组常规治疗的基础上,同时给予匹多莫德口服液。观察二组临床疗效和不良反应,并测定IgA、IgG、IgM、CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+及NK细胞等免疫指标的水平治疗前后变化值。结果治疗后观察组总有效率为90.7%,显著高于对照组48.8%(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者IgA、IgG、IgM、CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+及NK细胞等免疫指标无显著性差异(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组各项免疫指标检测值较治疗前显著升高(P<0.05),对照组各项免疫指标较治疗前无显著性变化(P>0.05);两组患儿均未出现严重不良反应。结论匹多莫德口服液能有效地改善小儿反复呼吸道感染患者免疫系统功能,提高治疗疗效,且临床无明显不良反应,可推广使用。
Objective To explore the therapeutic and immune effect of immunomodulator Pidotimod Oral Solution for treating children with Reiterative Respiratory Tract Infections （RRTI） . Methods 86 children with reiterative respiratory tract infections were separated into two groups at random. 43 cases of children in the control group were given benzylpenicillin and ribavirin injection while the other 43 cases of children in the observation group were furthermore treated with pidotimod Oral Solution. The effect on two groups were observed and the IgA, IgG, IgM, CD3^＋, CD4^＋, CD8^＋, CD4^＋/CD8^＋, NK level in both groups were measured before and after the treatment. Results After treatment, the total effective rate was 90.7% in the observation group which was significantly higher than that of the control group （48.8%） （P〈0.05） . Before treatment, there was no significantly difference between the two group in levels of IgA, IgG, IgM, CD3^＋, CD4^＋, CD8^＋, CD4^＋/CD8^＋, and NK （P 〉 0.05 ） . After treatment, all these levels were significantly improved in the observation group （P〈 0.05） . Conclusion Pidotimod Oral Solution is an effective agen in the treatment of RRTI with powerful effect of improve immune function.
