摘要
目的探讨两种三联疗法对幽门螺旋杆菌相关性胃溃疡临床效果。方法选取我院2011年5月～2012年8月收治幽门螺旋杆菌相关性胃溃疡患者180例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各90例;其中对照组患者采用甲硝唑、阿莫西林及奥美拉唑三联治疗;观察组患者采用克拉霉素、阿莫西林及奥美拉唑三联治疗;比较两组患者临床治疗总有效率、溃疡愈合率及幽门螺杆菌根除率等。结果对照组和观察组患者临床治疗总有效率分别为77.8%,94.4%;观察组患者临床治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组和观察组患者溃疡愈合率分别为50.0%,82.2%;观察组患者溃疡愈合率明显高于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组和观察组患者幽门螺杆菌根除率分别为61.1%,88.9%;观察组患者幽门螺杆菌根除率明显高于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论克拉霉素+阿莫西林+奥美拉唑三联治疗幽门螺旋杆菌相关性胃溃疡可有效改善临床症状,促进溃疡愈合,提高幽门螺杆菌根除率,具有临床使用价值。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of two kinds of triple therapy for helicobacter pylori related gastric ulcer. Methods 180 patients with helicobacter pylori related gastric ulcer were chose in the period from May 2011 to Au- gust 2012 in our hospital and randomly divided into two groups including control group （90 patients） with triple therapy including metronidazole ＋ amoxicillin ＋ omeprazole and observation group （90 patients） with triple therapy including clarithromycin ＋ amoxi- ciUin ＋ omeprazole; and the clinical treatment efficiency, the ulcer healing rate and H. pylori eradication rate of both groups were compared. Results The clinical treatment efficiency of control group and observation group were separately 77.8% , 94.4% ;The clinical treatment efficiency of observation group were significantly higher than control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The ulcer healing rate of control group and observation group were separately 50. 0% ,82. 2% ;The ulcer healing rate of observation group were significantly higher than control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The H. pylori eradication rate of control group and observation group were separately 61.1% ,88.9% ;The H. pylori eradication rate of observation group were significantly higher than control group（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Con- dusion Triple therapy including clarithromycin ＋ amoxicillin ＋ omeprazole can efficiently improve clinical symptoms, promoteul- cer healing process, higher H. pylori eradication rate, and is worthy of clinical application value.
