摘要
健美操作为一种社会体育文化活动,具有促进人的身心协调发展与培养人的良好思想情感的内在功能。健美操运动在实现其内在功能的同时,又充分体现出独特的社会价值:社会教育价值、社会文化价值、社会调控价值和社会经济价值。
As a kind of social sports cultural activity, aerobics has the intrinsic function to promote the coordinated de- velopment of people＇ s body and mind and to cultivate their good thought and emotion. Aerobics exercise not only achieve its intrinsic function, but also embody fully its unique social values, such as the social education value, the social cultural value, the social regulation value and the social economic value.
