摘要
大学治理的道德诉求是"以德治教"和"以德治校"在大学治理中的具体体现。道德诉求作为大学治理的应有之义,成为建立道德型大学的必然要求。当前,大学治理的道德诉求就在于建立道德化的现代大学制度、以道德约束大学官员权力、强化大学官员的官德建设,建立公平正义的治理秩序和制度安排,以保障和扩大普通教职员工权利。
Moral demands for university governance is the specific embodiment of governing education with moral and governing university with moral in university governance. As the innate character of university governance, moral demands become the inexorable requirements to establish moral university. At present, moral demands for university governance lies in establishing moral modern university system, restricting university officials＇ power with moral, strengthening university officials＇ moral construction, establishing just governance order and system arrangement. In order to protect and expand ordinary staff＇ s rights, and eradicate evils of all forms and obvious injustice in university governance.
