摘要
目的:以MRI观察健康成年人髁间窝宽度、高度与年龄、性别的相关性,并分析其临床意义。方法:选取150例健康成年人,其中男71例,女79例。按年龄分为3组行膝关节MRI扫描,其中青年组20~29岁,中年组30~49岁,老年组≥50岁。在MRI T2WI图像上测量髁间窝宽度及高度,并分析髁间窝高度、宽度与性别、年龄的关系。结果:青年组50例,男25例,女25例,髁间窝宽度为(22.36±1.93)mm,髁间窝高度为(30.14±3.39)mm;中年组50例,男25例,女25例,髁间窝宽度为(20.98±1.71)mm,髁间窝高度为(28.41±2.51)mm;老年组50例,男21例,女29例,髁间窝宽度为(19.65±2.89)mm,髁间窝高度为(27.27±2.46)mm。髁间窝宽度、高度与年龄呈显著负相关(P<0.000,P<0.000),相关系数r分别为-0.455,-0.378。各组髁间窝高度及宽度的平均值差异均无统计学意义。结论:髁间窝的宽度、高度与年龄具有显著负相关性,即随着年龄的增长,髁间窝宽度与高度均有逐渐变小的趋势。MRI是测量髁间窝大小的准确可靠的影像学方法,具有重要的临床意义。
Objective: To observe the association of width and height of the fossa intercondylica with age and sex using the mag- netic resonance imaging(MRI). Methods: The 150 healthy adults, namely 71 men and 79 women, were divided into three groups: the youth group aged from 20 to 29,the middle age group aged from 30 to 49,and the old age group aged from 50 to 85. Their MRI pictures were scanned to measure the width and height of the intercondylar notch in their knees. Then the association of width and height of the fossa intercondylica with age and sex was analyzed. Results:There were 25 men and 25 women in the youth group, and the width and height of their fossa intercondylica were(22.36 ± 1.93)mm and (30.1±3.39)mm respective ly. There were 25 men and 25 women in the middle age group, and the width and height of their fossa intercondylica were (20.98±1.71)mm and(28.41±2.51)ram. There were 21 men and 29 women in the old age group,and the width and height of the fossa intercondylica were( 19.65± 2.89)mm and(27.27±2.46)ram. The significant negative correlation was shown between the width and height of the fossa intercondylica and the age (P〈0. 000, P〈 0. 000), and the correlation coefficients were -0. 455 and -0. 378, respectively. Both the average value of the width and height of the fossa intercondylica of men were larger than women, however no significant statistical difference were observed. Conclusions: The significant negative correlation is shown between the width and height of the fossa intercondylica and the age. Both the width and height of the fossa intercondyli- ca would be smaller in the healthy people grown older.
