摘要
中国加入WTO,获得了医药行业发展所需要的国际资源,同时也为医药贸易快速发展提供了机遇。随着我国医药贸易的发展,市场对医药贸易人才培养的标准和要求越来越高,现有的医药贸易人才培养模式逐渐暴露出培养模式陈旧、培养方案落后、实践教学薄弱、师资力量单薄等问题,培养创新型的医药贸易人才就必须改变传统的医药贸易人才培养模式,创新培养方案和课程设置,改革教学模式,加强实践环节,增强师资力量。
With China＇ s accession to the WTO, China has won international resources needed by the pharmaceutical industry, which provides opportunities for China＇s pharmaceutical trade. With the de- velopment of China＇s pharmaceutical trade, China＇s pharmaceutical trade in training mode gradually exposed such the problem as single teaching mode, training scheme for old, weak links in practice, The cultivation of innovative talents in pharmaceutical trade must put forward innovative pharmaceu- tical trade personnel training mode.
