摘要
高职教育临床医学专业在开展定向培养乡村医生的过程中需要一批“双师型”师资。本文从乡村医生培养目标、规格、课程要求等方面，探讨了与之相匹配的师资队伍的构成要素，并对上海医药高等专科学校相关实践中取得的经验进行了总结。
Dual-qualified teachers are needed for oriented training of rural doctors for the program of clinical medicine in higher vocational education. In this paper, the experience of training such teachers in Shanghai Institute of Health Science and its affiliated hospital is summarized.
