摘要
普通高校体育教师教学能力是衡量体育教师教学水平高低和评价教学效果好坏的重要指标之一,文章运用教育学、心理学的知识,采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、数理统计法、层次分析法以及逻辑分析法等方法对普通高校体育教师教学能力评价指标体系进行研究,确定了由4项一级指标、14项二级指标以及31项三级指标构成体育教师教学能力评价指标体系,并使之具体化和具有可操作性,为科学评价普通高校体育教师的教学能力,促进普通高校体育教师业务素质及教学效果以及改善普通高校体育课教学质量提供一定的借鉴和参考。
The physical teaching ability is one of the important indicators of measurement of the teaching level of PE teachers and evaluation of the teaching results. The paper explored the evaluation index system of physical teaching ability in colleges and universities by means of pedagogy and psychology theory, the method of literature, expert interviews, mathematical statistics method, analytic hierarchy process and logic analysis. The study defined the evaluation index system which consists of 4 first--class indexes, 14 second indexes and 31 third indexes, and made the system specific and operable. Thus, the system is helpful for the scientific evaluation of physical teaching ability in colleges and universities, and it provides certain theoretical reference to promote the development of PE teachers" teaching abil- ity and improving teaching quality.
