摘要
用12只Rows大鼠,以1.5%DCA-Na 0.05ml/100g体重经胰管逆行注射诱发实验性急性胰腺炎。术前1小时,术后8小时及处死前1小时,6只动物用栀子煎剂各2ml经口灌服,另6只则以生理盐水同样处理。术后24小时所有动物被处死而取胰,另取6只未处理动物作为正常对照。胰腺细胞的膜系统包括细胞总膜,线粒体及溶酶体膜,与DPH孵育后用荧光仪检测。实验显示胰腺炎+盐水组的膜系统的三个部分的荧光偏振度均显著增高,用栀子处理者则与正常相近。结果表明,在胰腺炎早期用栀子治疗有稳定胰腺细胞膜系统的作用。
Experimental acute pancreatitis was induced in 12 Rows rats with1.5% DCA-Na 0.05ml/100g body weight through intrapancreatic ductretrograde injection. 2ml of Gardenia Jasminoides Ellis (GJE) decoctionwas infused per oral 1h pre and 8h post-operation, and also 1h beforesacrifice on 6 animals, another 6 animals were treated with saline assame. 24h after operation the pancreas of all animals was removed and another 6 untreated animals were killed as normal control. The memb-ranes system of pancreatic cell included whole cellular, mitochondrialand lysomal membrane was incubated with DPH and detected on fluoro-metry. It was demonstrated that the polarized light of the 3 parts ofpancreatic membranes system was significantly higher in pancreatitis+saline group and was nearly as same as normal in GJE group. Theresult showed that the membranes system of pancreatic cell would besteady as treated with GJE during the early stage of pancreatitis.
