摘要
目的分析对腰椎间盘突出症患者进行针灸理疗、康复护理的效果。方法选取100例腰椎间盘突出症患者,将其随机分成观察组和对照组各50例,两组均进行针灸理疗,观察组在此基础上进行康复护理,观察两组的治疗效果。结果对照组的治疗总有效率为84%,观察组的治疗总有效率为96%,两组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后观察组的生活质量评分高于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对腰椎间盘突出症患者进行针灸理疗的同时,进行康复护理的效果很好,能够让患者尽快康复。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of acupuncture, physiotherapy, and rehabilitation nursing for patients with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc. Methods One hundred patients with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc were randomly selected and assigned into two groups both received acupuncture and physiotherapy. The observation group was also rendered rehabilitation nursing on this base. The clinical effectiveness of both groups was observed then. Results The total effective rate of control group and observation group was 84% and 96%, respectively, with statistically significant difference between two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Quality of life score in observation group was higher than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion For patients with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc, implementing rehabilitation nursing, at the same time of acupuncture and physiotherapy, has well effectiveness, makes patients to recover as soon as possible.
