摘要
目的建立海口地区健康成年人血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶（ALT）正常值的参考区间。方法分析2030名20-59岁健康成年人不同性别、不同年龄组间血清ALT活性分布及差异。结果男性ALT参考上限（95^th）为42U／L，明显高于女性（30U／L），P〈0．05。其中男性ALT在30-39岁组最高，50-59岁组最低，分别为45U/L和39U／L；女性ALT在不同年龄组间差异元统计学意义。结论男性ALT参考上限（95^th）为42U／L，女性为30U／L，基本反映了海口地区健康成年人血清—岍的水平，可供临床医师和检验人员参考。
Objective To establish the reference intervals of serumalanine aminotransferase （ALT） in healthy adults in Haikou. Methods ALT of 2 030 cases of healthy adults were measured compared between different gender, age groups. Results ALT of male adults was significantly higher than that of female adultd （P〈0.05）. The up- per reference limits （954） for ALT was 42 U/L in males and 30 U/L in females. In males, the activity of serum ALT in 30-39 years old group was the highest （45 U/L）, and that in 50-59 years old group was the lowest （39 U/L）. The ALT of females showed no statistically significant difference between different age groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The up- per reference limits （954） for ALT is 42 U/L in males and 30 U/L in females. The survey reflects the serum ALT level of health adults in Haikou area, which provides reference for clinical and laboratory workers.
