摘要
桉树焦枯病是热带和亚热带地区桉树商品林种植和苗木生产极具潜在危险性病害之一,受害桉树植株生长势明显减弱,甚至整株枯死,给桉树生产造成重大经济损失,严重制约着桉树产业的可持续发展。丽赤壳属是桉树焦枯病重要病原菌。文中通过形态学鉴定结合多基因联合系统发育分析,对福建省采集的桉树焦枯病病原进行鉴定。结果表明,供试的12株菌株中,10株为Calonectria pseudoreteaudii,2株为Ca.pseudocolhounii。Ca.pseudoreteaudii在福建省的分布为首次报道。Ca.pseudoreteaudii和Ca.pseudocolhounii分布广、适应性强,对其进行分类鉴定,旨在掌握该病原菌的分布动态,为加强预测预报和植物检疫防控桉树焦枯病为害提供科学技术支撑。
Cylindrocladium leaf blight caused by Calonectria spp.is regarded as one of the most serious threats to commercial Eucalyptus plantations and nurseries.Severely affected trees suffer from obvious reduction in growth vigor,which results in great economic loss and threatens the long term sustainability of Eucalyptus industry.For the purpose of understanding dynamic distribution of Calonectria spp.,and strengthening prevention and control of Cylindrocladium leaf blight by means of forecasting and quarantine,pathogens of Cylindrocladium leaf blight collected in Fujian Province were identified employing morphological characteristics and DNA sequence comparisons for the β-tubulin,histone H3 and translation elongation factor-1α gene regions.The results of morphological description and molecular biology identification indicated unanimously that,among the twelve isolates,two Calonectria spp.were identified,including Ca.pseudoreteaudii and Ca.pseudocolhounii.It also showed that Ca.pseudoreteaudii and Ca.pseudocolhounii had great adaptability with environment.Distribution of Ca.pseudoreteaudii in Fujian Province was first reported.
