摘要
就旅游业自身的发展规律、资源优势以及城乡与区域统筹迫切的现实情形而言,我国乡村旅游业亟须蓬勃发展。然而,尚未有理论方法为保证我国乡村旅游业整体持续、深化及和谐的战略发展提供可选择的途径。基于此,文章在辨识产业耦合与产业融合概念理论基础上,立足乡村旅游业与包含丰富异质性农业、地理与文化资源的大农业耦合,从产业互动与要素凝聚理论视角分别阐述了旅农耦合对农村第一、第三产业分别产生牵动效应和促动发展效应的机理。在此基础上,借助1993~2010年的序列经验数据,结合深入的理论分析和直观考察,主要运用模型实证,证实了旅农耦合的前述农村产业发展的动力效应。由此进一步揭示得出,旅农耦合能够造就乡村旅游业战略发展的基础、条件和手段,因而可以成为我国乡村旅游业发展的主导模式。最后,提出在异质地理、文化与农业资源基础上,以差异品牌战略为重心推动旅农耦合模式,从而战略发展乡村旅游业的建议。
Given the superior tourism resources of rural regions,as well as the need to balance urban and rural development,the whole rural tourism industry in China is expected to have excellent development prospects.However,there is currently a lack of theoretical or methodological guidance to ensure the rural tourism industry in China achieves comprehensive sustained,deep and harmonious strategic development. Based on distinguishing industry coupling and industry integration,this study looks at the coupling of the rural tourism industry with big agriculture to better utilize China's rich and heterogeneous geographic,cultural and agricultural resources.Specifically,two mechanisms are presented via which the tourism-agriculture coupling can produce a pull effect on the first industry and also push the development of tertiary industry in rural areas.The two presented mechanisms are based on the perspectives of industry interaction and factor cohesion.On the one hand,the tourism-agriculture coupling can stimulate interaction between the rural tourism industry and big agriculture and hence lead to fusion that shapes new products,extend rural tourism and agriculture industrial chains,and foster close coordination.This results in effective exploitation of the human resources and land resources of the first industry,and helps agricultural industry add value through the extension of agricultural techniques to specific agricultural brands.On the other hand,the tourism-agriculture coupling can provide a new space for the agglomeration of heterogeneous resource factors to underpin development,which can help stimulate tourist consumption desire and increase their time available for travel.This can powerfully promote the development of service industries in rural areas,and can also provide new opportunities for farmers to increase their income by catering to tourists. Combining embedded theory analysis with visual graph and mode demonstration for data from 1993 to 2010,this study confirms the tourism-agriculture coupling has dynamically affected the development of rural industries.In fact,whatever the optimization and hoisting-pulling effect from the tourism-agriculture coupling on the first industry,or the motivating effect on the rural tourism industry,inhabitant income pluralism and tertiary industry in rural areas,both effects are prominent.Furthermore,the study found that the tourism-agriculture coupling can make the rural tourism industry receive embeddedness.Moreover,it can guarantee the homogeneous participation and harmonious development of the rural tourism industry,as well as the agglomerated service industry.Therefore,this tourism-agriculture coupling may become the leading mode for ensuring the strategic development of the rural tourism industry. The coupling can create dynamic value for agriculture as a base,modern service conditions,homogeneous participation and effective strategies to achieve sustained,deep and harmonious development of the rural tourism industry.Such a development mode can guarantee dynamic and long-term development for the rural tourism industry.Finally,proposals to pursue strategic development of the rural tourism industry by the tourism-agriculture coupling with the barycenter measurement of different brand strategies based on heterogeneous rich geography,culture and agriculture,simultaneously utilize the coupling mode to drive urban-rural tourism heterogeneous and interactive development,and contribute to balancing and coordinating regional development.
