摘要
目的对灭菌器在使用过程中出现的常见故障进行维修处理,并对水质进行分析,总结得出由于水质差直接或间接引起的故障。方法根据灭菌器的工作原理、操作流程及故障的表现,进行检测、分析、排除,特别是对自来水水质进行分析,了解自来水对灭菌器运行的影响。结果加装水处理系统,改善自来水的质量后,避免了水质差而造成故障频发,确保灭菌器正常运行。结论改进使用四级水处理系统,对自来水进行软化、除氯、除去所含的杂质,使水pH保持中性,能使灭菌器的故障大大降低,设备完好率达到99%。
Objective To summarize equipment failures directly or indirectly caused by bad water quality according to daily maintenance experience of sterilizer and water analysis. Methods According to the operating principle, procedure and failure phenomenon of sterilizer, the reasons of equipment failure were detected and analyzed, and the water quality was analyzed specially in order to dig out how tap water quality influence the operation of sterilizer. Results Equipment failure were caused by bad water quality were avoided after applying water treatment and improving tap water quality. Conclusions Using four-process water treatment system to soften tap water, remove chlorine and impurities, as well as keeping the pH value of water at about 7, can largely decrease sterilizer failures and keep the equipment good condition rate up to 99 %.
