摘要
目的观察中药复方含片对胃及口腔幽门螺杆菌的作用影响。方法将113例慢性胃炎且口腔及胃内Hp均为阳性的志愿者随机分成两组:治疗组60例,使用中药复方含片,连用一个月,并给予三联疗法(阿莫西林、呋喃唑酮、奥美拉唑)连用一周;对照组53例,只给予三联疗法连用一周。一个月后分别检测相关指标并进行评价。结果在治疗慢性胃炎上,治疗组有效率为88.3%,明显优于对照组67.9%的有效率(P<0.05);在根除胃和口腔Hp上,治疗组均明显优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论在使用三联疗法根除胃Hp的同时,联用中药复方含片根除口腔Hp,不仅可以显著提高胃及口腔内Hp的根除率,且可阻断Hp的口-胃传播途径,从而明显提高治疗慢性胃炎的有效率并减少复发。
Objective To study the effect of Chinese medicine compound buccal tablets on the treatment ofHelicobacter pylori （Hp） in oral cavity and stomach. Methods 113 volunteers with chronic gastritis, as well as positive oral lip and gastric Hp were randomly divided into the treatment group （60 cases） and the control group （53 cases）. The treatment group was given Chinese medicine compound buccal tablets for a month and triple therapy （amoxicillin, furazolidone and omeprazole） for a week. The control group was given triple therapy for a week only. Related indicators were detected and evaluated after a month. Results The effective rate was 88.3% in the treatment group and 67.9% in the control group. The difference between the two groups was significant （P 〈0.05）. In addition, the effect of eradicating oral Hp and gastric Hp was better in the treatment group （P 〈0.05 or P 〈0.01）. Conclusions Triple therapy combined with Chinese medicine compound buccal tablets can not only obviously improve the Hp eradication rate in oral cavity and stomach, but also remarkably improve the treatment effective rate, and reduce the recurrence of chronic gastritis by breaking down the mouth-stomach transmission route.
