摘要
目的:探索农村中医药人才培养模式、方法,解决农村中医药乏人乏术问题。方法:采取查阅文献、问卷调查、实地调研、深度访谈等方法。结果:农村中医药人才数量不足、质量偏低、队伍不稳、不适应中医药事业发展需要。结论:农村中医药事业的发展,必须培养一大批中医药人才。应在人才培养模式、人才机制改革、经费投入等方面下功夫。
Objective To explore the talents training modes and methods of rural traditional Chinese medicine, and solve the shortness problems of traditional Chinese medicine talents. Methods Literature reading, questionnaire investigation, deep inter- views, and analysis suggestions. Results The talents of rural traditional Chinese medicine are few, quality is low and team is not steady ,which cannot adapt to development needs of traditional Chinese medicine career. Conclusion In order to develop the rural traditional Chinese medicine development, a large number of qualified personnel of Chinese medicine should be developed. The modes of talent training,talent mechanism reform,funds input are important factors.
