海南罗非鱼无乳链球菌血清型及耐药性研究 被引量:21

Serotype and drug resistance of Streptococcus agalactiae from tilapia farmed in Hainan province

摘要 为研究罗非鱼无乳链球菌(S.agalactiae)的血清型与耐药性之间的关系,本研究对2010年~2011年从海南省各地罗非鱼养殖场中分离到的24株病原菌进行常规细菌鉴定,结果显示,病原菌革兰染色阳性、球形、短链状,β溶血,结合16S rRNA基因鉴定确认24株病原菌均为无乳链球菌。PCR法扩增菌株荚膜多糖(cps)基因鉴定其血清型,表明24株无乳链球菌血清型均为Ⅰa型。采用K-B纸片扩散法检测分离菌株对31种常用抗生素的敏感性,结果表明多数菌株对氨基糖苷类和喹诺酮类药物敏感率低,对强力霉素敏感。对于多数抗生素,2011年分离的菌株敏感率明显低于2010年分离的菌株。本研究表明近两年海南省罗非鱼无乳链球菌血清型与菌株耐药性之间无直接相关关系。该结论为罗非鱼无乳链球菌耐药性监测、血清分型及综合防控提供实验依据。 Twenty four pathogenic bacteria were isolated from diseased tilapia in several farms from 2010 to 2011 in Hainan province. The isolates were all gram-positive and [3-hemolysis which were identified as Streptococcus agalactiae by the Rapid ID 32 STREP technique, morphological, regular physiological and biochemical tests, and confirmed by 16S rRNA sequence analysis. In addition, the serotype of all isolates were I a determined by PCR amplification of the capsular polysaccbaride (cps) gene. Moreover, the sensitivities of the isolates to 31 kinds of antimicrobial drugs were tested and the result showed that the isolates were resistant to most aminoglycoside and quinolones and highly sensitive to doxycycline. For most drugs, the isolates from 2010 were more sensitive than the isolates from 2011. All of 24 isolates had the same serotype, but they showed different sensitivities to antimicrobial drugs. It suggested that there were no relationship between serotype and drug resistance.
